In order to get the most out of Idoru Technical Support we recommend you to send a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing and include any error messages received and the information on your PC.
This can be obtained using the Direct X diagnostic tool and sent as a .txt file.

From the Windows desktop:
- Click Start
- Click Run
- Type DXDIAG in the Open box
- Click OK

When the diagnostic tool opens you may be asked if you want to ensure your drivers are digitally signed.
Click No

The Direct X Diagnostic Tool shows all details of your PC.

To create a dxdiag.txt file of this information:
- Click the Save All Information button
- Browse to convenient location such as your Desktop or My Documents folder
- Enter a unique name for the file e.g DXDIAG
- Click the Save button
